Beverage Director Qualifications/Responsibilities

• 2 years experience as a Beverage Director or General Manager of upscale restaurant
• Experience over at least 5 locations beverage program
• Strong inventory control management
• Balanced craft cocktail, wine, and craft beer knowledge
• Able to communicate ideas throughout management and staff consistently
• Create a uniform beverage program across brands
• Establish and maintain proper inventory levels
• Create menu pairings
