Restaurant District Manager is needed for this growing QSR restaurant group that values its associates and has great programs that support their team members in and outside of work. This leadership position will focus on driving sales, team development, and guest service.

Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for multiple restaurants and daily operations of a quality branded QSR
- Lead, interview, select, direct, train, and develop managers and upcoming leaders
- Develop and coach the team and delegate responsibilities to get results through others
- Lead by example and ensure all brand standards are trained and followed
Restaurant District Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years of restaurant operations multi-unit management experience
- Has the ability to coach, train, and develop a team
- Possess strong leadership and good communication skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task while maintaining composure
- Works well in a hands-on team environment
