Downtown Binghamton New York Restaurant, Is seeking an Executive Chef. Are you a culinary maestro with a passion for redefining the dining experience? Do you have a flair for blending tradition with innovation, elevating prime cuts of beef, and creating extraordinary dishes that leave a lasting impression? We invite you to lead our kitchen team as Executive Chef.

What we need:

  • 5+ years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end, innovative restaurant setting.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent education and experience preferred.
  • Creativity and passion for culinary excellence.
  • Ability to adapt to changing culinary trends and guest preferences.
  • Proficiency in menu development, food costing, and kitchen management.
  • Knowledge of local and sustainable sourcing practices.
  • NSO Experience
  • ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification is preferred.
