As a Unit Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless operations of our dine-in theater to help us achieve our company's objectives. You'll also be a vital link in our management team, ensuring that all team members work in a professional and safe environment while meeting our high standards.
Manager Responsibilities:
– Ensuring that our team members consistently meet our guest service standards
– Performing daily opening, closing, operational, and administrative tasks
– Making sure each area is staffed adequately
– Assisting in the recruitment, training, coaching, and guidance of team members
– Delivering results within specified timelines and with minimal oversight
– Maintaining a safe environment for all team members and guests
– Keeping regular and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts
– Fulfilling any other duties as assigned by the General Manager
Manager Requirements:
– Must be 21 years old or older
– A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry (bar, restaurant, etc.)
– At least 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
– Dine-in theater experience is a plus
– Ability to obtain any necessary alcohol service licenses or certifications, including T.I.P.S. Certification
– Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines
– Proficiency in all staff functions
– An associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or equivalent experience
