Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

– 2 to 3 years of experience managing Quick-Service restaurants

– Proven success in handling restaurant volumes of $1.5 million in annual sales

– Knowledge of the drive-thru operation

– A track record that speaks for itself

– A passion for people, hospitality, and doing things right

– The ability to motivate yourself and take the lead

– Excellent communication skills
