Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, manage phones
• Put together packets for clients
• Send client invoices
• Provide general administrative support when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

• Pleasant, can-do attitude
• Be a true team player
• MS Office Suite knowledge
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience within a professional services firm
