Sous Chef Qualifications and Requirements:
- Adept in the processes of hiring and training
- Demonstrated 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a similar role.
- Exceptional job tenure.
- Upscale or fining chefs preferred
- Proficiency in P&L management and financial expertise is a necessity.
- A track record of generating over $5 million in revenue.
- Possession of a ServSafe Manager Certification.
