California's top lemon law firm is seeking a Personal Injury attorney with 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Join a team who loves the work they do.
Responsibilities:
- Interview and evaluate potential clients to determine merits of their case
- Develop case strategy, including identifying claims and defenses
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Perform discovery including interrogatories, requests for production of documents, and depositions
- Represent clients in settlement negotiations and mediations
- Litigate cases through trial and appeal when necessary
Requirements:
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in California
- Excellent research, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
