Hotel Management Group seeks an experienced Hotel General Manager with Boutiuqe Hotel experience to lead its team in executing the highest level of Guest Service. The Ideal Candidate will possess a strong tenure at 4-Star Hotel properties. The Ideal Candidate will embody the role of Ambassador to elevate the Guest experience to the highest level. General Manager Benefits:
- Salary – $110,000 to $120,000
- Bonus based on performance
- Holiday pay

General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop team members
- Identify all property needs and execute a plan to address those needs
- Prepare operational budgets facilitating financial planning and expense control
- Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals
- Create a memorable Guest experience
- Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel including but not limited to Front Office, Sales, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering
General Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of 3.5+ Star Hotel experience as General Manager is a must
- 3 years of Boutique Hotel experience preferred
- Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
- Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment
- Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
- Ability to analyze Guest Service reports recognize market trends
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication
