Hotel Management Group seeks an experienced Hotel General Manager with Boutiuqe Hotel experience to lead its team in executing the highest level of Guest Service. The Ideal Candidate will possess a strong tenure at 4-Star Hotel properties. The Ideal Candidate will embody the role of Ambassador to elevate the Guest experience to the highest level. General Manager Benefits:

Salary – $110,000 to $120,000
Bonus based on performance
Holiday pay
Sick and Vacation pay

General Manager Responsibilities:

Lead and develop team members
Identify all property needs and execute a plan to address those needs
Prepare operational budgets facilitating financial planning and expense control
Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals
Create a memorable Guest experience
Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel including but not limited to Front Office, Sales, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering

General Manager Qualifications:

5+ years of 3.5+ Star Hotel experience as General Manager is a must
3 years of Boutique Hotel experience preferred
Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment
Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
Ability to analyze Guest Service reports recognize market trends
Possess excellent written and verbal communication
