Sous Chef Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and refine menu offerings.
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes with precision and attention to detail.
- Supervise and lead the kitchen team, providing guidance and support.
- Proven experience 2+ years as a Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant setting.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for food innovation.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
