Generla Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • 3 to 5 years of upscale or fine dining experience as a General Manager
  • Strong and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, leading by example and uphold restaurant standards
  • Passion for developing and mentoring your team
  • Thick skin to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships 
  • Able to provide a welcoming and social atmosphere
