Director of Marketing Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for the marketing team to ensure brand standards
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences
- Create a marketing plan and set clear KPIs to measure effectiveness
- Develop and implement new marketing programs
- Lead by example in providing best-in-class service
Director of Marketing Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a Director of Marketing in a large, luxury property
- Supervises a sales team of 5+ experienced team members
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising preferred
Director of Marketing Benefits:
