Corporate Account Manager Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads, identify solutions that fit, and exhibit tenacious closing skills
- Effectively present the company message to prospects and offerings
- Use strong call and CRM discipline to build a pipeline of prospects
- Actively participate in business development events, tradeshows, and presentations as required
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competition, industry trends, and market conditions.
- Build ongoing, in-depth relationships, while expanding a proffessional network
Corporate Account Manager Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, program management and/or business analysis
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Technically savvy and inclined to self-service
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- ECBA certification is required – if not currently certified, must be able to become certified within one year of hiring
- Experience working with professional certification programs or membership-driven organizations preferred
