Are you an accomplished Director of Operations experienced in overseeing multiple high-volume locations with an average annual revenue of over $5 million? Seize this opportunity to advance with a vibrant, expanding restaurant brand offering unparalleled growth prospects.

Responsibilities for Director of Operations:

• Recruit, manage, and retain a diverse workforce, including salaried managers and hourly supervisors, responsible for overseeing nearly 100 staff members per location.
• Cultivate a work environment committed to guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and continuous team improvement through effective training and development programs.
• Use financial data and budgets proactively to drive profits, identifying key areas for improvement.
• Ensure operational excellence in food and beverage service, cleanliness, food safety, inventory management, and workflow procedures.
• Prioritize exceptional guest service and satisfaction across all restaurants.
• Maintain precise control over financial assets, ensuring accurate reporting and record-keeping.
• Comply with all human resource policies and laws, maintaining proper staffing levels and completing all necessary personnel documentation.

Qualifications for Director of Operations:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality Management
• At least five years of experience as a multi-unit leader in high-volume ($5+ million) upper fast-casual dining establishments.
• Proven expertise in managing 6-10 units.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel between locations, including overnight stays.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
