Responsibilities/ Qualifications:
Supervise and motivate the restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Oversee the front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and vendor relations to maintain optimal efficiency and profitability.
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
Knowledge of restaurant software and POS systems.
Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
