We are looking for a Sous Chef for an upscale casual restaurant guided by a Michelin Chef, with locations nationally. Are you driven to provide outstanding food and hospitality? If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • Strong sense of urgency and thrives in a multitasking environment.
  • 1+ year of progressive kitchen management experience in upscale restaurants.
  • Proficient in wood-fired pizza and dough making.
  • 2+ years of kitchen management experience in upscale restaurants
  • Experienced in menu and recipe development, various cooking styles, and techniques.
  • Food handler certificate that meets local requirements 

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Versatile in working various kitchen stations (prep, expo, grill, oven etc.).
  • Establish and uphold safety standards and DOH compliance.
  • Manage staff schedules, payroll, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate on menu and recipe development.
  • Contribute to achieving company objectives in sales, quality, and cleanliness through employee mentoring and fostering a positive work environment.
