We are looking for a talented Maintenance Supervisor to join a thriving property management company.
Maintenance Supervisor Benefits:
- 1% quarterly bonus based on operating performance
- A yearly maintenance inspection bonus based on performance

Duties & Responsibilities of a Maintenance Supervisor:
- Manage a team of up to 5 Maintenance Techs
- Participate in a standby emergency “on-call” schedule for the evening, weekend, and holiday coverage.
- Be responsible for stock control and utilization of maintenance materials.
- Schedule subordinate maintenance personnel and work order requests, adhering to maintenance priorities.
- Assist the Site Manager in scheduling annual apartment inspections.
Qualifications for Maintenance Supervisor Candidates:
- Full-time maintenance experience, or experience in a related field.
- Some type of formal training or experience in one or more of the following areas: Carpentry, Light plumbing work, Light electrical work, painting, refurbishing, and cleaning
- HVAC Certification is required.
