Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities and Requirements
- Responsible for all daily Restaurant Operations.
- Manage seasonal menu trends and ensure a high quality of service and food.
- Maintain and Create systems for team efficiency.
- Able to manage costs and build revenues.
- Build and retain an experienced quality driven team.
- 2-5 years of General Management Experience in a quality driven, high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good understanding of systems and financials
