Restaurant General Manager

Full service upscale/casual dining restaurant is looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a growing company.  This company provides great Benefits!

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Responsible for all daily Restaurant Operations.
  • Manage seasonal menu trends and ensure a high quality of service and food.
  • Maintain and Create systems for team efficiency.
  • Able to manage costs and build revenues.
  • Build and retain an experienced quality driven team. 
  • 2-5 years of General Management Experience in a quality driven, high-volume environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of systems and financials
