Are you a hands-on General Manager with strong leadership and coaching abilities? We are looking for a General Manager to lead an energetic team in a fast-paced, high-volume, upscale restaurant. As the General Manager, you must believe in quality by consistently upholding defined standards over time. If you have 4-6 years of experience in upscale concepts with a passion for building great teams and developing premier standards for your team.

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Set quality standards are maintained at all times
  • Works with vendors to ensure high-quality products
  • Train and manage team members
  • Strong financial acumen – help control costs with the management team
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

General Manager ​Qualifications:

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in an upscale, finer dining full-service restaurant environment
  • Sales Volume of at least $4 Million Annually
  • Experience Controlling Costs and Achieving Financial Results
  • Ability to Train, Develop, and Motivate a Team
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Strong wine, craft cocktail, and scratch kitchen knowledge/experience
