Executive Chef Needed for a new restaurant opening! One of the country's top restaurant groups is opening a new Upscale Modern Mexican Restaurant and is looking for a passionate, experienced, and hard-working Chef to run day-to-day kitchen operations.

Executive Chef Requirments and Responsibilities:
– Experience Working in and Extensive knowledge of Mexican Cuisine is a Must
– New restaurant opening experience
– High volume experience with a minimum of $10-15 mil
– Great financial acumen with cost control and P+L experience
– Directly responsible for kitchen SOP's
– Hiring all new BOH staff
