A highly respected national brand is looking for a Maintenance Manager for their manufacturing facility.
Maintenance Manager Benefits:
- M-F Day shift position
- Base of $120 – 130k plus 10% annual bonus
- PTO and vacation

Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the work activities and training of 5 direct reports and 50 indirect reports.Ensure engineering activities enhance product quality, plant performance, and business objectives.
- Oversee Maintenance team including labor allocation and budgeting.
- Review the operation of plant equipment and systems regularly to minimize unplanned downtime, solve problems in a timely manner, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to employee health and safety, product safety, and the protection of the environment.
- Support Plant Manager and Safety team of safety-related projects, upgrades, or improvements.
- Manage Maintenance and improvement budget including capital projects and investments, annual maintenance, and repair budgets. Align with Division Engineering, as necessary.
- Initiate and coordinate the implementation of new processes and technologies including continuous process improvement initiatives.
Maintenance Manager Requirements:
- BS in Engineering or equivalent is required
- 5 years of experience – maintenance manager in a GMP food manufacturing facility is required.
- 3 years of management experience
- In-depth knowledge of food processing plants. maintenance technologies, operation of utilities and machine automation including PLC controls.
- Knowledge of:
- food safety, regulatory requirements for food safety, and hygienic engineering (OSH&R).
- Asset and Maintenance Management (AMM).
- CAPEX budgeting and preparation (CIAT).
