We are searching for an Area General Manager to join a growing automotive quick service company. This position will be an integral part of establishing, building, and expanding profitable customer service-driven operations with several locations in the Grand Rapids /West MI area.

Area General Manager Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and create superior customer-focused team members
- Possess sound organizational, system-focused, business planning and communication skills that generate consistent and profitable revenue
- Coach, mentor, and teach location team members to ensure that all operational activities align with established KPIs
- Conduct consistent and regular performance reviews, provide improvement recommendations, assist in the implementation of action plans, and set goals and objectives
- Drive the professional growth of managers, assistant managers, and other staff members
Area General Manager Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and internal business groups
- Previous Multi-Unit experience with at least 2 units or more.
- Reliable transportation.
- Comfortable operating with location managers and staff in a “Roll-up-the-Sleeves” management style with high energy and a positive attitude
- P&L experience and capable of building and managing budgets and a proven track record in opening new and successful operations
- Ability to effectively analyze business data, insights, and trends to drive operational enhancements and required financial expansion and growth
