Unique hotel needs a strong Restaurant General Manager that is a true independent thinker. We need a confident leader who can juggle competing demands, high-profile clients, high-expectation stakeholders, and a challenging environment. The ideal candidate will have many years of progressive leadership experience with knowledge and abilities at every level of service.
Fine Dining General Manager Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in high-end restaurants, at least 5 in leadership
- Experience in hotels is a big plus!
- Proven Hands-on leadership
- Knowledge of or passion for the unique Pacific Northwest Culture and Food Scene
- Union experience is a plus
- Ability to think outside the box for ideas, and solutions, and stay calm under pressure
Fine Dining General Manager Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Outlets to deliver the food and beverage vision
- Run an amazing program
- Work with the staff, collaboratively manage the team members
- Manage the beverage program including costs, specials, and promotions
- Work directly with marketing on food and beverage promotions
- Host high-profile clients and guests
