A gorgeous luxury hotel in Cabo San Lucas is searching for a Senior Catering and Event Services Manager to join their team! If you have a passion for selling and servicing and have a strong attention to detail then we want to meet you!

Senior Catering and Event Services Manager Responsibilities

  • Sell, Manage, and execute the terms of the contract for the hotel group
  • Perform site inspections with new potential clients
  • Call any existing or past clients and invite them to come back to the hotel
  • Detail all banquet event orders and create all room diagrams for meeting planners, social planners, and clients
  • Work closely with the front desk, food and beverage, and all other hotel departments to executive a flawless guest experience from start to finish
  • Work with accounting to ensure that guest's final invoices are correct
  • Work closely with local vendors to attain anything needed for groups/event functions
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Catering and Event Services Manager in a luxury hotel setting
  • Assertive, professional, and positive approach with a proven ability to develop and lead in a team environment
