Our resort offers a unique blend of luxury, camping, and outdoor activities and we are committed to providing exceptional guest experiences while preserving the beauty of our natural surroundings. This positon will require relocation to Orlando, Florida.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Resort General Manager to lead our team and oversee all operations at our resort. As the Resort General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring the seamless operation of all resort facilities, including camping grounds and outdoor activity areas.

Resort General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that every guest enjoys a remarkable and memorable experience by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety throughout the resort
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and management of a team of 120+ across all resort areas including but not limited to outdoor, F&B, retail, hotel, and campground teams, while fostering a positive, accountable, and collaborative work environment
  • Lead the daily operations of the entire resort, including hotel, recreational areas, retail, F&B, and outdoor activities. Ensure compliance with preventative maintenance, safety regulations, and environmental sustainability practices
  • Develop and manage the resort's annual budget, control expenses, and maximize revenue opportunities, with a focus on profitability

Resort General Manager Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in resort management, preferably in a setting that includes camping and outdoor activities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Financial acumen and experience in budget management
  • Dedication to guest satisfaction and service excellence
