Our Client is looking for great Nurses who love the geriatric population and love making a difference in their patients' and families' lives. Looking for quality, compassionate and professional caregivers who want to provide excellent care with an opportunity to grow.
Job Title Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary team of caregivers and family members
- Daily Medication review and delivery
- Daily clinical assessments/evaluations of patients/residents
- Nutrition assessment and evaluation
Job Title Requirements
- Unencumbered, Active Utah RN/LPN License or Nurse Compact License
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work with an interdisciplinary care team.
- Positive Attitude and love of the aging population
- Ability to make decisions and analyze effectively.
Job Title Compensation and Benefits:
- Up to $36/hr depending on current license and experience
- Excellent Healthcare, dental, and life insurance, as well as 401K
- PTO
