What you'll be doing:
Payroll processing and all payroll issues via Smart Moving and Fingercheck.
Job cost checking and daily cost analysis for ongoing jobs.
Reconcile all accounts daily or multiple times per week.
Entering & Paying all bills on a weekly basis.
Handling all commissions and accounts payable
Managing all online utilities and bills.
Managing daily storage in and outs. (cost, inventory, map location)
CC processing and batch management
Balance sheet and Profit and Loss reporting
Monitoring all charges with weekly reports, show us where we could be saving money!
