Banquet Sales and Operations Manager

We are seeking a talented event sales and operations manager to drive our group's banquet and private dinner business. If you have a proven track record of driving event sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of a variety of events we want to speak with you today!

Banquet Sales and Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales plan to target clients, private parties, weddings, and events
  • Identify and build existing and future client relationships to generate leads and close sales
  • Consult with clients to understand their event requirements, provide tailored solutions, and create customized event packages
  • Oversee event operations team to ensure the execution of events
  • Promote and market event offerings through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates

Banquet Sales and Operations Manager Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in event sales and operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
