Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Upscale AGM or GM
- Passionate, Patient, and Persistent mentality who has an Entrepreneurial Spirit
- Coach, teach, and develop team members while being present on the floor supporting the team!
- Ensure high-quality standards are being upheld
- Problem resolution and adaptability
- All about building relationships!
