Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- Good tenure
- Excellent communication
- Must be able to travel locally bewteen locations
- Must be willing and able to assist in the kitchen as needed
- Event & catering experience is a plus!
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities
- Consistantly maintain high-quality food and guest service
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Maintain labor and food cost
- Hire, mentor, train, and develop team members
