We are looking for a polished and highly skilled Bar and Floor Leader to join our team in the DMV and lead our FOH team. We are looking for someone who has been a bartender, has grown to supervise the bar, and is still able to get behind the bar and work with the best and brightest. You need to be creatively inclined and passionate about beer and cocktail culture. If this sounds like you, we have an amazing opportunity – let's get to know each other.
Beverage Leader Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the Front of House Team and being the floor leader.
- Brand liaison for coordinating with vendors and making all purchases for the bars.
- Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through.
- Accountable for training and developing all of the bar personnel
Beverage Leader Qualifications:
- At ease with the fast pace and high guest counts.
- Possesses exceptional craft cocktail and beer knowledge and is current with industry trends.
- 3 years of supervisory experience and demonstrated ability to walk the walk behind the bar
- Knowledgeable with ordering and inventory practices.
- Ability to speak Spanish is highly preferred
Beverage Leader Benefits:
- Above-average base salary of $66 to $70K
