We have an immediate opening for a Mechanical Field Service Technician. We are a manufacturer of equipment, parts, and service products. Our company serves many different industries. If you have expertise in performing complex and major repairs on equipment we are looking for you! We offer a competitive starting salary range of $62,000 to $72,000 and great benefits!
Mechanical Field Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform complex and/or major repairs on customers' equipment. Replace parts and equipment as necessary. Perform routine maintenance on equipment according to established guidelines and schedules
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems
- Order parts
- Responsible for work orders
- Assist technicians who have less experience
Mechanical Field Service Technician Requirements:
- Certification in automotive and/or diesel engine repair
- Diesel engine repair and rebuilt experience – 3 to 5 years expertise
- Expertise in working with power generators and industrial compressors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid Drivers License
- Experience with Allison, Detroit, Volvo a BIG PLUS!
- Three to seven years of related experience
