We are a family-owned and operated restaurant company that has been a part of Hamilton County for over 30 years. We are looking for a Rock Star Sous Chef for our Upscale restaurants. We offer great work-life balance. Ideally, we like all of our team to work a 40-hour workweek and we are closed every Sunday and Monday.Quality of life is very important to us for our team. Restaurant Sous Chef Requirements:

  • Staffing and Performance Management
  • Effective communication skills
  • Accountability
  • Mentoring and Development
  • 3 years of scratch kitchen experience 
  • Ability to lead by example with strong attention to detailed guest service 
  • Ability to thrive in a lightning-fast environment 
  • Skilled in leading and developing one's team
