Senior Kitchen Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Have a passion for developing your team by coaching, teaching, and training them to company standards
- Have impeccable communication between the FOH and BOH staff
- Making sure you support your team in providing an exceptional guest experience
- P&L and Inventory Management experience
- A minimum of 3 years of scratch-kitchen experience as a senior KM or Exec Chef
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, & holidays as required
