Senior Kitchen Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Have a passion for developing your team by coaching, teaching, and training them to company standards
  • Have impeccable communication between the FOH and BOH staff
  • Making sure you support your team in providing an exceptional guest experience
  • P&L and Inventory Management experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of scratch-kitchen experience as a senior KM or Exec Chef
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, & holidays as required
