Dynamic Director of Operations with Multi-Concept management experience needed to join this growing group! Backgrounds with high-volume dining, entertainment, and bar experience are needed for this exciting restaurant and bar concept!
Restaurant Director of Operations Requirements:
- Track record of strong leadership in high-volume corporate restaurants
- Heavy bar or nightclub volume experience is a huge plus here
- Solid tenure and loyalty in previous jobs, with references to verify
- Detail-oriented leadership who excels in service, quality assurance, and developing a top-performing staff
- Expert in restaurant financials and growing local relationships to help continue building sales
- 5+ years in a similar multi-unit role
Restaurant Director of Operations Compensation:
- Strong base salary based on experience
