Café District Manager Responsibilities:
- Mentor and support a team to achieve excellence in customer service
- Deliver an exceptional, fresh, high-quality product daily
- Ensure standards are maximized in regard to cleanliness and sanitation
- Produce high performing financially successful stores
- Be the Brand Ambassador of the company
Café District Manager Qualifications:
- Track record of success, collaborative, servant leader with the hospitality heart
- Proven success managing a region of 4-7 restaurants with a fast-casual concept
- New store opening experience is a plus!
- Ability to travel
- Strong financial acumen
