We are seeking a cafe shop General Manager to join our team and lead one of our locations. This position is for someone who has a drive and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Cafe General Manager Requirements:
- Ability to operate as a solution driven and collaborative leader
- Desire to lead, grow and develop a team and maintain a culture of positivity
- Strong focus of staff cohesion and servant leadership mentality
- Monitor and Maintain Health, Safety and Sanitation Protocols
Cafe General Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of GM experience in a restaurant or cafe setting
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn
- Humble, driven, passionate
- Desire to learn and grow themselves, the team and the business
- Ability to motivate a team
