We are seeking a cafe shop General Manager to join our team and lead one of our locations. This position is for someone who has a drive and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Cafe General Manager Requirements:

  • Ability to operate as a solution driven and collaborative leader
  • Desire to lead, grow and develop a team and maintain a culture of positivity
  • Strong focus of staff cohesion and servant leadership mentality
  • Monitor and Maintain Health, Safety and Sanitation Protocols

Cafe General Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of GM experience in a restaurant or cafe setting
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn
  • Humble, driven, passionate
  • Desire to learn and grow themselves, the team and the business
  • Ability to motivate a team
