Executive Chef Key Criteria:
- Prior upscale dining experience is an asset.
- Demonstrable capability in managing high volume, upscale scratch kitchen environments.
- Proficiency in P&L management.
- Proven track record of leading a team towards culinary excellence.
Essential Qualifications for Executive Chef:
- At least three years' of hands-on experience as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in a scratch kitchen setting.
- Possession of a valid ServSafe Manager Certification.
- Ability to navigate high-volume settings without compromising on culinary precision.
- A consistent professional journey underlined by commitment and innovation.
