Executive Chef Key Criteria:

  • Prior upscale dining experience is an asset.
  • Demonstrable capability in managing high volume, upscale scratch kitchen environments.
  • Proficiency in P&L management.
  • Proven track record of leading a team towards culinary excellence.

Essential Qualifications for Executive Chef:

  • At least three years' of hands-on experience as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in a scratch kitchen setting.
  • Possession of a valid ServSafe Manager Certification.
  • Ability to navigate high-volume settings without compromising on culinary precision.
  • A consistent professional journey underlined by commitment and innovation.
