Director of Operations for the entire country – The office is Atlanta but position works out of their home with heavy travel. Company has 3,000 units with very fast growth coming.

Director of Operations
- Reports to VP Operations – will have 3,000 units, 6 direct reports, and 35 indirect reports
- Needs to have had a large span of control in previous positions – 200 to 1,000 units in their control
- Remote position with heavy travel – 4-5 days a week on the road throughout the country
- Should come from a restaurant background – fast food or fast casual is the best fit
- Experience with rapid growth is a big plus
- Needs to be flexible
- No big egos – should be a servant leader mentality
- Franchise or licensing background is a big plus
- Can live anywhere Central or Eastern time zone
