Director of Operations for the entire country – The office is Atlanta but position works out of their home with heavy travel. Company has 3,000 units with very fast growth coming.

Director of Operations

  • Reports to VP Operations – will have 3,000 units, 6 direct reports, and 35 indirect reports
  • Needs to have had a large span of control in previous positions – 200 to 1,000 units in their control
  • Remote position with heavy travel – 4-5 days a week on the road throughout the country
  • Should come from a restaurant background – fast food or fast casual is the best fit
  • Experience with rapid growth is a big plus
  • Needs to be flexible
  • No big egos – should be a servant leader mentality
  • Franchise or licensing background is a big plus
  • Can live anywhere Central or Eastern time zone
