Director of Operations Compensation:
- $245-$260k DOE plus 20% bonus potential

Qualifications for the Director of Operations Role:
- 10+ years leadership in a Director role in luxury hospitality, fine dining
- Passion for luxury and the guest experience
- Proven track record of successfully building dynamic teams
- Driven, efficient, and results-oriented
- Ready, willing, and able to travel as necessary
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and surpassing financial objectives
- Union experience a plus
