Executive Chef Responsibility and Qualifications:

  • Manage day to day operations as an Executive Chef
  • Control labor costs
  • Hire, train, and develop staff
  • Take disciplinary actions whenever necessary
  • Ensure consistent quality
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety and a top health score
  • Winning personality
  • High volume experience
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
