We are a family-oriented entertainment space in search of an Assistant General Manager with experience in a fast-paced food/entertainment field. A people-first concept looking for a leader of the team.
Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- $3-5 Million in annual sales
- People-first personality
- Ability to think aggressively in new ways to attract future sales
- Team-oriented
- Dynamic leadership
Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- Understand profit and loss statements
- Big picture viewpoint – but can manage to the details
- Must be very guest focused
- Foodservice and/or family entertainment background
Assistant General Manager Compensation:
- Salary based on experience
- 15% Bonus paid quarterly if KPIs are met
- Health and PTO
