Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years in an Assistant General Manager capacity
- Minimum of 4 years working in a scratch kitchen environment
- Experience executing annual sales volumes of $5MM or above
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials
- Dedication to the development of a team
- A humble but confident leadership style
- Familiar with NROs
- Experience with local marketing and community involvement
- Southwestern and Latin food experience
