We are looking for a driven, energetic chef to run our scratch kitchen. This is a growing upscale concept with a proven track record of success in and around the Charlotte market. Upscale Sous Chef Requirements
- High Energy hands-on approach to leadership
- Ability to Multi-Task at a moment's notice
- Scratch Kitchen Experience
- 2+ years in a similar role in a full-service upscale restaurant
- Ability to pass drug and background screenings
Upscale Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Control food costs by developing actionable plans
- Coach and mentor their team to achieve top-level performance
- Work with EC on store challenges
- Create good vendor relationships
- Uphold company standards
- Perform in a high-volume environment
