 Upscale Sous Chef Requirements

  • High Energy hands-on approach to leadership
  • Ability to Multi-Task at a moment's notice
  • Scratch Kitchen Experience
  • 2+ years in a similar role in a full-service upscale restaurant
  • Ability to pass drug and background screenings

Upscale Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Control food costs by developing actionable plans
  • Coach and mentor their team to achieve top-level performance
  • Work with EC on store challenges
  • Create good vendor relationships
  • Uphold company standards
  • Perform in a high-volume environment
