ON-SITE EVENTS SOUS CHEF

We are seeking a creative, experienced, and capable Sous Chef to oversee and lead all on-site events at this iconic Boston location. Take the next steps in building on your professional culinary career with one of Boston's premiere and growing catering companies. Note: This role will be fast tracked for a CDC role in the future!

ON-SITE EVENTS SOUS CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Menu development and high-level execution
  • Attend required planning meetings and work collaboratively with the sales team, venu management, and clients
  • Assurance of quality, taste, and presentation
  • The mentorship, training, and development of team members
  • Communicate effectively and clearly

 

ON-SITE EVENTS SOUS CHEF QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree from an accredited culinary institution or comparable experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience leading on-site catering events
  • Experience in luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end catering preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Must be responsible and driven with the ability to manage self
  • Highly skilled in a multitude of cuisines and culinary techniques
