Litigation Personal Injury Attorney Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury cases from start to finish, including court representation.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Participate in mediation sessions.
- Oversee the discovery process.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Litigation Personal Injury Attorney Qualification:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.)
- 2-5 years of personal injury and litigation experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
