We are seeking an Estate Planning Attorney for a reputable firm in Napa, CA with the potential of Equity Partnership!
Estate Planning Attorney Responsibilities:
- Drafting estate planning documents
- Monitoring third-party drafters
- Preliminary drafting of tax forms
- Building strong client relationships
- Advising on estate planning strategies
- Explaining complex legal concepts
- Collaborating with clients, accountants, and advisors
Estate Planning Attorney Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree
- California law license
- 3+ years estate planning experience
- Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills
- MS Office and legal software proficiency
