Our client, a prominent restaurant group in New York City is looking for a passionate Recruitment Director to lead the talent acquisition team to achieve strategic objectives. The incumbent must be a collaborative individual with strong leadership capabilities and possess strong knowledge of recruitment theory, practice, and application.
Recruitment Director Compensation and Benefits:
- Generous compensation of $145,000.00 – $160,000.00 plus potential bonuses

Recruitment Director Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 7 years in a talent management role in a high-volume, multi-unit, fast-paced food and beverage environment with exempt and non-exempt employees
- 3+ years experience in a leadership role managing talent acquisition for multi-units or equivalent
- Strategic thinker who is driven by KPI's and possesses solid business acumen
- Service oriented with superior follow-up practices
- Strong Microsoft Suite Experience
- Excellent communicator verbally and in written form – Bilingual is a plus
- Highly organized and a strong attention to detail
- Experience with employee benefits
- Develop, lead, and participate in strategic talent sourcing and delivery while maintaining a sense of urgency
- Ensure the integrity of the full-cycle recruiting process
- Audit the talent delivery functions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and stay abreast legislative updates
- Manage daily recruiting operations and cross-support the HR team as needed
- Actively engage internally and externally to ensure talent pipelines are full and flowing
- Prepare, manage, and report on talent analytics
- Partner with the marketing team on advertisement strategies and deployment
- Create and update job descriptions as needed
