An upscale casual dining favorite is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team and be the right hand to our Executive Chef.
Sous Chef Benefits:

- Vacation – 3 weeks
- Quarterly bonus based on performance
Sous Chef Requirements:
- 2 years of current Sous Chef experience
- High-volume background in a scratch kitchen
- Working knowledge of restaurant operations
- Assistance in hiring and training of the team
- Maintaining high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
- Assists in controlling food and labor costs
