We are seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic for a high-speed bottling plant in the Stockton Area, CA.

 

Mechanic Responsibilities:

  • Resolve machine problems through effective troubleshooting
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment
  • Conduct machine changeovers, conversions, and precision machine set-ups
  • Develop and document maintenance plans for assigned equipment
  • Accurately document work using a maintenance tracking system
  • Research and procure materials to improve equipment

 

Mechanic Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in food processing or high-speed filling
  • Experience with electrical, electronics, and mechanical maintenance repair
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical mechanisms
  • Familiarity with servo-motor driven systems, AC & DC electricity, and machine changeover/set-up
  • Proficiency in analog and digital circuitry
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment using PLC(Programmable Logic Controllers)

  • Shift: 6 pm to 6:30 am
  • Schedule: 3 on/3 off, then 2 on/2 off
